Elder Charles Russell Wallace, Jr, MD, 67, a third- generation physician, died on Thursday, March 7, 2019, in Memphis, TN.  After graduating from HUCM, he completed his residence at Howard University Hospital and DC General Hospital becoming the chief resident in urologic surgery.
