Dr. Jason Frazier, Class of 2007 has recently joined the Community Care Network, Inc. (CCNI) team of physicians in Chicago, IL. The CCNI physicians of Community Healthcare System are closely affiliated with Community Hospital in Munster, St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago, and St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart.

Dr. Frazier completed both his residency and fellowship training at Loyola University. He board certified in thoracic surgery and will join CCNI as a Cardiothoracic Surgeon.
