Please use the link below to fill out the nomination form.
All prospective board candidates must be "Active" HUMAA members* by March 27th, 2025.
All medical doctor graduates from the Howard University College of Medicine are "General" members of HUMAA.
*An "Active" HUMAA member*, is one who is:
-a Charter Life Member; or
-a member of HUCM graduating class 1974 or earlier: or
-has made a $100 unrestricted contribution to HUMAA in the last twelve months, since March 2023; or
-has made a $500 unrestricted contribution in the last 60 months (5 years), since March 2019.
Upon form submission, a HUMAA staff member will confirm if an applicant is an "Active" HUMAA member. Prospective board candidates will have until the close of the nomination period to make a gift and an opportunity to make a gift and be an "Active" HUMAA member.
This HUMAA membership categories were amended into HUMAA's Bylaws in January 2022.
